A Stargate Worldby !LockhartSkye

Digital Art / Photomanipulation / Sci-Fi

I posted the early stages of this image up so the viewers of my gallery could see the Stargate project I had been working on. Since then, I have uploaded the finished version of this piece. I have this piece up in my other gallery which is 100% dedicated to Stargate artwork. Check out the gallery sometime. I hope you like both of my galleries. The Stargate gallery can be found here:

As for this image itself, I cannot take all the credit. I used stock art from some other DA members. I found a lot of nice stock for this piece on *resurgere's page. They have a lot of great stock images on their page.

I used Cosmos Pack #1 image 0001 from *Funerium for the planets in the background. I intend to start doing my own space art to put into the sky at some point but for right now I am not that good with Photoshop. So meanwhile I am using *Funerium's image in the background. The stargate itself is a screenshot. The nature scene in the background also came from *resurgere's page. It is from image 0119 from Nature Pack 8. `wroth is the one who has provided some great stock nature scenes for use. Thanks to these people I was able to put this image together.
