Well I finished Bastet. I do know that in the Stargate universe there are indeed female Jaffa and Bastet is an Egyptian goddess but I made this Jaffa a male. There isn't any rule that says Bastet doesn't have male Jaffa to protect her and fight battles for her. If I am not mistaken, Bastet's role in Egyptian mythology was that of a protector. Now, I am aware that the mask of this Jaffa is not an intimidating look but what can I do? That is how the Egyptians have Bastet looking in their hieroglyphics and statues. I am trying to make it at least somewhat close to the Egyptian images I found to model this off of. I hope you like the drawing even if it isn't scary looking like the Jaffa were in the movie.
